Operation 100:
To empower 100 women in luxury watchmaking by December 31, 2030.
Our goal is to provide education, mentorship, and resources to help 100 women from underrepresented backgrounds gain skills and opportunities within the luxury watchmaking industry, empowering them to contribute to and lead in this craft by the end of 2030.
